Education Before Decisions. Clarity Before Action.
We started Annuora to give people a calm, informed starting point — not a sales pitch. Our mission is to make retirement information genuinely accessible.
← Back to HomeHow Annuora Came to Be
Annuora was founded in Bangkok after its founders noticed a recurring pattern: people approaching retirement had plenty of questions and very little patience for the kind of dense, jargon-heavy responses they typically encountered. Financial documents piled up. Pension system explanations arrived in formats that assumed a specialist background. Simple questions went unanswered for months.
The idea behind Annuora was simple. If someone could put plain, organized information in people's hands — without trying to sell them a product or steer their decisions — that would already be more useful than most of what was available. So that's what we set out to do.
Since opening our doors at 47 Phahonyothin Road in Chatuchak, we've worked with individuals at every stage of the retirement planning conversation — some who are years away and want to understand the landscape, others who are weeks from stopping work and have a pile of paperwork they've never managed to sort through.
Our approach has always been the same. We share information that's publicly available and we help people organize their own documents. We do not make decisions for anyone, we do not provide personal financial or legal advice, and we do not recommend specific products or services.
What we do offer is time — time to read through well-structured materials, time in a workshop to work through your own paperwork with support, and time in a membership community to keep learning alongside people in similar situations.
Our Mission
To make retirement information understandable and personal documents manageable — for everyone, at their own pace, without pressure.
Our Core Values
Honesty
We tell people clearly what we do and what we don't do. No inflated claims, no vague promises.
Respect
Every participant brings their own experience. We listen first and never condescend.
Clarity
If something isn't easy to understand, we keep working on how we explain it until it is.
Independence
We have no financial ties to any pension provider, fund, or advisory firm. Our materials serve learners, not sponsors.

Retirement Education in Bangkok
Bangkok is home to a large and growing population of residents — both Thai nationals and international expatriates — thinking through their retirement years. Annuora works with this diverse audience, providing materials in English and covering retirement system structures that are relevant to people in the region. We focus on public information: what pension types exist, what documentation is typically required, and how various systems interact for people who have worked in more than one country.
Our Paperwork Sorting Workshops draw participants who have years of statements, letters, and official documents they've never had the time or a clear method to organize. The system we teach is straightforward and keeps working without maintenance. For people who want to stay informed over time, the Retirement Knowledge Membership provides a structured, community-supported way to keep learning as their situation evolves — always through education, never through advice.
