These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Annuora's educational services, materials, workshops, and membership programmes. Please read them carefully before purchasing or attending any of our offerings. By making a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Annuora" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Annuora, a retirement education and records services business registered in Thailand, operating from 47 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.
- "User" / "You" / "Your" — any individual who accesses our website, purchases materials, or attends a session organised by Annuora.
- "Services" — the educational packs, workshops, membership programmes, and related materials that Annuora offers.
- "Content" — all written, digital, printed, or spoken materials provided by Annuora in connection with any Service.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation or purchase receipt issued to you.
- "Membership" — the Retirement Knowledge Membership programme offering ongoing informational sessions and community access.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Service, submitting an enquiry form, or attending any session delivered by Annuora, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
- Where you are purchasing on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they also agree to these terms.
3. Service Description
Annuora provides the following educational services, all delivered in English:
- Retirement FAQ Learning Pack (฿3,400) — a structured educational pack covering commonly asked questions about retirement and pension systems, with references to publicly available official sources. Available as printed and digital materials. General educational content only.
- Paperwork Sorting Workshop (฿10,500) — a practical, hands-on group session covering document organisation methods, with reusable templates and a personal checklist. No involvement in individual financial or legal decisions.
- Retirement Knowledge Membership (฿24,000/year) — an annual membership providing regular informational sessions, updated reference materials, and access to a shared community space for experience-sharing among members. Knowledge-focused; no personal case handling.
Services are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand, and are primarily aimed at adults approaching or in retirement. Annuora reserves the right to adjust session formats, schedules, or delivery methods, with reasonable notice provided to confirmed attendees.
4. Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Annuora.
- Digital materials are made available within 3 working days of confirmed payment.
- Workshop places are limited; once confirmed, your place is reserved for the scheduled date.
- Membership access begins on the date of payment confirmation and runs for 12 calendar months.
- Annuora may, at its discretion, decline an enrollment where it determines that the Service is not a suitable fit for the enquirer's needs.
5. User Responsibilities
When using any Annuora Service, you agree to:
- Treat all other attendees, members, and Annuora staff with respect and courtesy.
- Use materials provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
- Not record, photograph, or redistribute workshop sessions or membership content without prior written permission from Annuora.
- Not share membership login credentials or access materials with non-members.
- Provide accurate information when making bookings or completing contact forms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using Annuora's materials to provide advice or services to third parties for commercial gain.
- Reproducing or reselling any Content in any format without written authorisation.
- Disrupting workshops or community sessions in a way that interferes with other participants.
- Misrepresenting Annuora's educational content as personal financial, legal, or professional advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content produced by Annuora — including written materials, templates, session recordings, and workshop checklists — remains the intellectual property of Annuora. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own private educational purposes only.
Copying, reproducing, adapting, translating, or distributing any Content in whole or in part, by any means, without our prior written consent, is not permitted. These restrictions apply even after your membership or service period ends.
7. Payment & Refunds
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy:
- Learning Pack: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no digital materials have been downloaded or accessed.
- Workshop: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are eligible for a 50% refund or transfer of your place to a future date. No refund for non-attendance without prior notice.
- Membership: Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the annual term if cancellation is requested in writing within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no partial refunds are issued, but access continues until the end of the annual period.

8. Education Scope & Limitations
All Services provided by Annuora are educational and organisational in nature. Specifically:
- We share publicly available information about how retirement and pension systems generally work. We do not provide personal financial planning, investment advice, or legal counsel of any kind.
- Workshop content covers document organisation methods only. We do not review, verify, submit, or act on any personal documents on your behalf.
- Membership community discussions are peer-to-peer experience-sharing. Annuora does not validate, endorse, or take responsibility for views expressed by members.
If you require personal financial, legal, pension, or tax advice, we encourage you to consult a qualified and licensed professional in the relevant field.
9. Disclaimers
Annuora provides its Services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or currency of educational materials.
- The suitability of any content for your particular personal circumstances.
- Outcomes you may experience as a result of attending or applying material from our Services.
- The uninterrupted availability of digital materials or membership resources.
Pension rules, regulations, and official requirements change over time. While we aim to keep our materials current, we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most recent official guidance at any given moment. Always check with the relevant government authority for the latest rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Thai law, Annuora's total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.
Annuora shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
- Any decisions you make based on information received during a session or from our materials.
- Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, civil disruption, or government restrictions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Annuora's negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Annuora, its staff, and representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any Content, or any misrepresentation you make regarding the nature or source of our Services.
12. Termination
- By you: You may cancel your enrollment or membership in writing at any time. Refunds will be handled in accordance with Section 7.
- By Annuora: We may suspend or cancel your access without refund if you breach these Terms, behave in a disruptive manner, or misuse our materials or community spaces.
- Survival: Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Liability), and 11 (Indemnification) remain in effect after any termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed by informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all such matters.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Annuora regarding the relevant Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Waiver: Annuora's failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right in future situations.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Annuora may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer.
- Notices: All formal notices to Annuora should be sent to [email protected] or by post to the address in Section 16.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. For existing members or confirmed bookings, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services following that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
