Voices from Our Participants
These are accounts from people who have attended our workshops, purchased the FAQ pack, or joined the membership. We share them as written — without embellishment.

"I'd been putting off looking into UK pension portability for two years. The FAQ pack gave me a proper foundation — not all the answers, but a clear sense of what questions to take to a specialist. Worth every baht of the asking price."
May 2025"The workshop was genuinely useful. I came in with a shopping bag of envelopes I hadn't opened in three years and left with everything filed and labeled. The facilitator was patient with my questions and never made me feel slow for asking them."
June 2025"I joined the membership six months ago after attending a single open session. Having access to the monthly topics and the forum has helped me stay on top of changes I'd otherwise have missed completely. The community is also more active than I expected."
June 2025"I appreciated that no one tried to sell me anything during the workshop. That alone was a change from other sessions I've been to on related topics. The checklist system they gave us is something I still use every month when new documents arrive."
May 2025"The print version of the FAQ pack is well laid out — something I can flip to the right section without needing to search through a PDF. I've lent it to two people already. A minor note: a couple of topics could use slightly more depth, though I understand that's a difficult balance with a general audience."
June 2025"I'd tried to sort my documents twice before on my own and given up both times. Having a facilitator in the room who could answer questions as they came up made the difference. Small group size was right — there was enough time for everyone to get through their own papers."
May 2025How Participants Have Used Our Services
A Bangkok-based engineer approaching retirement age had worked in three countries over his career. He had no clear picture of how each country's pension system treated his contribution years or what documentation he would need when the time came.
He purchased the FAQ Learning Pack and worked through it over two weekends. The section on multi-country contributions gave him a clear list of official sources to check for each country. He then went directly to those sources for the next steps.
Within three weeks he had contacted two national pension agencies directly with specific, informed questions — rather than the open-ended queries he'd been asking before. He described the pack as "a map to the right doors."
A retired nurse living in Chatuchak had accumulated ten years of financial letters, pension statements, and official correspondence in a series of unlabeled boxes. She knew it needed sorting but didn't have a system and felt overwhelmed each time she opened a box.
She attended the Paperwork Sorting Workshop, bringing two full boxes. Over the half-day session she worked through both boxes with the facilitator's checklist method, separating documents by category and year. She left with everything labeled and housed in a folder structure she'd built herself.
Two months later she attended a follow-up session to ask one question about the system — she'd had it working smoothly since the workshop. She noted that just knowing where things were had reduced what she described as a "low-level constant worry."
A couple both nearing retirement had started gathering information but found that rules and procedures changed between the times they looked them up. They needed a way to stay current without spending hours searching every few months.
They joined the annual Knowledge Membership together. The monthly sessions fitted around their schedules, and the quarterly material updates meant they received a clear notification when anything relevant to their situation had changed — rather than having to go looking.
After twelve months in the membership they described themselves as "genuinely informed rather than just less worried." They renewed for a second year and have introduced two other couples from their social group to the service.
